PROGRAM 2019
The fourth Responsibility to Protect in Theory and Practice Conference took place on May 9 and 10, 2019. Twenty speakers and poster presenters from all over the world presented their opinions, views and research on various aspects of the R2P principle.
The opening lecture was be held Professor Karen Smith, Special Adviser of the Secretary-General on the Responsibility to Protect and the keynote address at the conference dinner was delivered by the former president of the Republic of Slovenia Dr. Danilo Türk.
